I had already done a good amount of research on the vehicle I wanted and had a couple of options. Jasmin was wonderful in assisting me narrow down my requirements and test driving the vehicle I wanted.
I have purchased or eased 6 vehicles from the Gunther family over the past decade or so. I keep returning because they treat you like you matter and they have the best deals around and on to of that their staff-- in EVERY ASPECT-- from the receptionist to the salesperson- to finance, to service reps, to the janitors- are all exemplary people. Gunther treats their employees well and in return, the employees treat the customers like every one is a special customer. And that is saying something.
The service advisors are fast, friendly and professional. The service lounge is huge, comfortable and accommodating. Not to mention the free snacks, water and hot beverages. My car is always returned with a fresh car wash. Will always go back.
My lease was soon to finish so I started researching cars online and picked the one that I wanted. I was in an out of there within 2 hours. Josh was amazing and took care of the whole deal from start to finish. Will definitely use them again and refer to all my friends!
I've had a great leasing experience two times with Issac Smith! He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gets a fair deal. If you want a new car, don't hesitate to contact him! Also, I've had quality service in the service department while leasing my first car through Gunther.
I bought a used Kia from a non-dealer agency. From the first time I took the car in, I have been impressed. The facility is immaculate, the waiting room is pleasant with plenty of space to work, watch tv, have a snack or cup of coffee. If I make an appointment, they take the car as soon as I arrive and they have always had it back in the time promised. The service advisor has always been great about communicating with me if any issues are found. Shuttle service is offered if you prefer not to wait. Everyone there is very professional and I feel like they provide quality service.
The service and sales departments at Gunther Kia are great. I’ve owned many cars from many dealerships and this is by far my favorite. Everyone is so helpful and so happy. They really make you feel great.
It was the first car I purchased on my own and I really had a hard time to decide what car do I want. But my salesperson Shiva was very helpful and super patient with all the questions I had and did not pressure me in anyway like another dealer I went to before. Also Shiva was very professional the whole buying process deserves a five star rating, dealing with him was a enjoyable experience and I greatly appreciate all the help he provided. I am extremely pleased with all the staff at Gunther Kia exceptional service with no pressure.
I was so happy with the service on my vehicle. I was informed of everything going on and was given my options on what we could do to make sure my car was running at optimum performance. I originally got my car from another dealership and I can say I will be going back to Gunther for all my service needs. I know if I need anything or have any concerns with my vehicle I can call Bill and he will make sure that everything is taken care of.
Gunther Kia was the 4th dealership I walked into during this buying experience and by far the best on all accounts. I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I was hoping for, and I found a rep whom I will go back to and recommend. My 2 year old daughter was with us and the staff members were courteous to her. They even gave her pizza when she was a little cranky. :-) My husband and I highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Trevor.
