I recently purchased my Infiniti dream car from Nationwide. It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman Bobby, had a great deal of knowledge about the car and the Infiniti brand. He was enthusiastic, but yet there was no pressure or hassling to make a deal. He spent extra time at delivery buffing the car to get just the right shine and explaining all the amenities. Sam made a generous offer on our trade, and worked hard to find exactly the right car within a reasonable distance. Mack made financing quick and easy without pushing unwanted extras. The sales and service managers were also extremely easy to talk to. The dealership was very clean and overall it was just an easy and comfortable experience.

Another pain free, hassle free and outstanding service experience at Nationwide Infinity of Timonium. Russ and Sam were so amazing to work with. I’ve been a customer now for 9 years and keep going back due to the great customer experiences. They always do their best to offer me the best deal on a vehicle year over year as my needs continue to change. I also always have my vehicle serviced there and as a result, never have any issues with performance of my vehicle. AMAZING DEALERSHIP!! I was able to find my new car online, make an appointment, and know who and what I was dealing with beforehand. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and shown my new car! The staff was incredible to deal with! Everyone treated me as an honored guest and was professional. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They have fresh Starbucks coffee, which I enjoyed while my wife had her nails done by their in house manicurist!! I live about 40 minutes from Nationwide however I cant imagine dealing with anyone else. We will be longtime customers!!!
