Good menu. However food taste and hygiene needs a bit more work.

Oh what a disappointment! We were here with family for lunch and the food was really distasteful. The dosa was totally sour tasting, the sambar/curry was overly cooked had burnt smell and the Samosa too was totally burnt. The place is not that clean and food is overly priced for that quality.

Literally the most disgusting Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The chutney was old and smelled bad, and the dosas are not tasty either. When we told them about they didn’t care at all. While we were eating, one of the workers opened the big trash can right next to our table and it smelled absolutely nasty! I can’t believe there is no food inspection going on here to check how old their products are, and how they maintain such a horrible restaurant in the center of Cambridge. Just gross!!

One of the worst places to eat in Boston. Tasteless food and poor service.

I loved the food! I’m really confused at all of these reviews saying that it was terrible. Sure it’s a run down place, but it’s still delicious! And the buckets in the walkway were avoidable anyway. It was a little overpriced but the food was still really good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a plate of momo with other things. After eating dosa and pani puri we received a plate of momo. After eating one we realized the chicken was not just undercooked but completely raw. We complained to the staff who seemed like an owner. While the server was sorry about it, the owner was unapologetic. She did want not to refund us for our meal instead she offered us a replacement. She said that we ate the other food and it’s not her fault that we were served a raw food. We told her serving raw food can be dangerous but she literally said she didn’t care. I will be reporting this place to department of health and food services.

I just waited 40 minutes for a dosa that didn’t materialize. I checked in after 20 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes before asking for a refund. No one apologized. Never going there again.

Taste wise is just ok. Indians who miss their home cuisine, can come and cherish their taste buds. I was in US for only three weeks, may be that’s the reason didn’t find it great. More you miss Indian food, better this place might taste.

No business integrity. On Friday evening my friends and I were at Dosa factory. We had ordered a masala dosa, 2 panipuris and a plate of momos. While the masala dosa and pani puris were alright , the momos served to us were completely raw and cold. Upon complaining to the staff, the younger girl notified us she will replace it with another item. While some of us had already had the momos and were really worried about getting sick from the raw chicken and raw dough served in the momos. The older lady behind the counter, who looked to be either a manager or the owner started raising her voice to notify my friend she can only offer to make another dish and will not provide cash back. We never asked for a free meal, we had already paid for the food upon ordering. This lady held no business value or any ethical standards and did not care about serving raw food and then not caring about customers potential health concerns. Will not be going back.
