They hosted a small group party and it was really fun.
Guan Yin Tea House is a lovely combination of cozy and sacred. The space is clean, open and adorned as an authentic tea house should be. Tantalize your senses with their one of a kind teas from far away lands, you will not be disappointed!!
Cant suggest Guan Yin enough. Had the great pleasure to share tea at the bar with Chris and over the course of 2+ hours great tea was had but even more I felt included in the community he and friends have fostered. The selection of tea and teaware is impressive and many of his teas cannot be found elsewhere. His services are beyond reasonably priced. But Guan Yin's dedication to people is priceless. Thank you! Will be returning as often as I'm in town!
I’ve never been to a tea house before so it’s kinda hard to measure, however this quaint little tea house was very awesome. Will definitely be coming back. They have a huge selection of teas to suit just about any taste. The staff was very knowledgeable—after explaining I know very little about tea and asking for some guidance— she came back with some awesome recommendations, and the tea was delightful.
Best tea house I've ever been to. Very comfy yet incredibly classy. Not the least bit pretentious like some high end tea houses tend to be. Very helpful and informative staff, enjoyed talking to people who truly are into the business for the love of tea. I will say, definitely better for the tea connoisseur, or at least someone who does a bit of research on Asian styles and preparation methods of tea, than the casual tea drinker. Absolutely loved the environment, and, of course, the tea was delicious! Got the magnolia Phoenix oolong and steeped it at least 10 times.
Sampling teas with Samson was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and I was tempted to buy all the teas as well as a new tea set to serve it 😄

The tea was good, if you are into nothing but tea? I just wish they offered something tasty to go with the tea! Even winery's or a brewery offer something sweet or salty to pair with the beverage. If you like many types of tea and want to know the history of the tea, than this is the place to go!
