Gorgeous little sandwich shop just south of downtown proper. The food is excellent, and the seating is... Eclectic. Has a refurbished charm to it I enjoy. Good hours for food.

Terrible customer service by an older man with glasses. He even asked me if it was my first time (very rudely) and if I wanted breakfast or lunch. I said breakfast and he said I need to hurry up and put my order in because breakfast is over in 5 minutes. So, that’s the way I found out you place your order at the counter. I ordered coffee and the spinach burrito and both were good. He knew it was my first time there, and when my food arrived I said I had a coffee also, only to find out it was self serve after waiting. Not only was he extremely rude, but he also argued with me because he would not let me use my gift card, and I wanted to know why and how to find out the balance. He said he didn’t know, that there’s no way for me to use the gift card and the old register broke. If it wasn’t so inexpensive and charming inside, I would not go back or suggest this place to anyone. I may go again, but hopeful I don’t have to speak to this man and if I do, the register better be working so I can use this gift card a stranger was so kind enough to give me.

This place was a favorite of mine for at least 20 years and used to be so wonderful. But the service has suffered as well as the food. I have gone several times this past year, hoping it would improve but it hasn't. I wish them well and hope things get better.

Very unique place to grab breakfast and tea. It's not fancy and you would be fine going in with sandals. The breakfast was very good. I ordered to breakfast tacos and my wife got the English muffin french toast and both were delicious. The shop had a wide assortment of black, green, red, and white teas. They are served in individual kettles and you can select your cup from a shelf. My wife got the Irish breakfast black and I the passion fruit red. The kettles are big enough to have about three full cups. The tea was also fantastic.

Nice ambient. Staff was very nice and friendly. We had High Tea with mini sandwiches and scones. The tea and the sandwiches were good. Would definitely visit again. I wish they had a cute tea room but other than that everything was great! They have a nice outside patio area but unfortunately it is just too hot in August to sit outside.

Not sure if you would call this a breakfast place or not, no bacon, no soda, out of toast, our table ordered eggs 3 different ways, and they all came out the same way...hard!!! They make you pay before they serve you, so there is nothing they do to to make it right. Would not recommend this to anyone, food is not even fit for the family dog!

This place was great ten years ago, I am not sure if there is new management or if their success went to their head but it has taken a nose dive. They only have cheap drip coffee (tasted like Folgers or similar) in a styrofoam cup and got rid of most of their pastries and snacks in favor of an overpriced “hip” menu. They seem to have sacrificed quality to tighten up the bottom line in response to all the new places that have sprung up around this area.
