Not only are you able to go in and get a hair cut, a line up and learn from the best Instructors but as a female to go in and have my eyebrows arched to perfection, I can only say I'm converting from threading back to the razor!!!! This place is clean, welcoming, very professional and provides exceptionally fast customer service with a smile. I would recommend anyone to Gwinnett Barber Institute.

So my friend, Daniel, is learning how to become a barber here so I decided to come in for a haircut from him. My boy hooked me up with the freshest haircut that I have ever gotten. He's only been training for 4 months and that's where Tman and OJ came in. Daniel started me off by giving me a fade and after that Tman showed Daniel many things about line-ups while OJ put the finishing touches on hair. I'm glad to be of help to my friend, Daniel, and will be coming back here every time I need a haircut.

I always have a great experience when I come to get my haircut because of the friendly barbers and professional environment. I am always pleased with my haircut the owner gives me. He is creative and amazing at his craft.

The most clean and professional barbershop Ive ever been! They did an awesome job on my son's haircut and I definately found a permanent barbershop! The atmosphere is amazing! Thanks gwinnett barber institute!!!

If you want a professional cute, tons of entertainment, and above the call of duty service, you found it! They treat you like family and they treat each other like family. They bring back the "old school" barbershop with a new age twist. The best of Gwinnett! Please support them. Bring all the kids and you will leave with a fresh new look on your style.

Great spot i went to von the barber he did a really good job on my hair cut very professional and detailed. gave me a great edge up I recommend going to see him. The place was very clean and he gave me a great barber shop experience the owner was nice and greeted me with respect. I will be going back!

Upset with my experience. Met Mr. Smith while I was out one night & he seemed like a cool guy so I told myself I would go check him out one day. Called him on his cell before I go in to make sure he's available & he says "Come on in. Someone will take care of you." I told him straight up, "I'm rocking with you based on your charisma & I really only want you to cut my hair." Even told him I would wait another day if I had to. He told me not to worry & he'll take care of me, so I went. Pulled up & realized that this was more of a school than a barbershop so it threw me off (I thought the institute and teacher thing was just marketing) but I asked if Mr. Smith was free because I just got off the phone with him. He literally passed me to the first student he caught eyes with. So I'm a little irritated because when I go to a restaurant & order chicken, I don't want the chef telling me "It's cool man. I got you this turkey." I asked for Mr. Smith & I told him I wasn't trying to get a haircut from anyone else so I don't know why he thought it was okay to just pass me off like that. Smh. Now the guy he passed me to wasn't too bad, but you could tell he was new. There were a lot of little things he missed & he even started rushing the cut when his friends started leaving. Cut my lip while working on my mustache & everything. . . But it's all good. Luckily, hair grows back, so I'm not too mad but I won't be going back to this spot anymore

I'm here to tell you if you want a good time and a great cut...this is the place. I'm an overall wearing 47 yr old white man that loves BBQ and corn whiskey. Did I feel at home here today??? You better know it!!! I'll be back and I'm bringing more with me. THANKS Mr Smith and ALL the rest of you as well. 100% professional and respectful to customers AND themselves.
