I am thoroughly impressed with their service dept. I had an issue with a warranty repair, Todd and George did their very best to make sure I was taken care of. It is nice servicing your car at a dealer that treats you with respect and obviously appreciates your business.

Purchased a Lexus ES 350 from Lou who was great! Very professional, kind, informative and great customer service. He did not give us that hard sales pitch which was so nice. Would recommend Lou to anyone, you will love him. We love the car very comfortable ride and drives great!! Love all the features on the car it has everything anyone would want on a car including a lot of safety features. Go to Hennessy Lexus to purchase a car you will love the experience!!

We were in a runt all of a sudden and since this is where my mom has her Lexus serviced for years, we decided to shop for a older model (under $15,000) RX 330 or 350.... can I say for women with cash in hand. I've never felt so insulted in my life. I found 3, 1 sold here. The tires on it were unsafe. The guy behind the final approval desk was uninterested in selling the vehicle to us. He would bend on a set of tires for a cash deal. The tread on the tires was below a safe level. I was willing to take on the other problems, but safety is a concern for my mom to be on the road with a blow out. The salesman basically came back and stated that they not trying to work a deal with you ladles. So, we left but I will never shop/recommend Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta to anyone. I really expected better service for the area and especially since my mom is a loyal service customer for over a decade.

Just purchased a 2015 RX350 to replace my 2003 RX300 with 247,000 miles that is running great. Staff very courteous and informative. Did not feel pressured. Car is pre-owned and they worked with me on what I was seeking. 2.9 % interest financing also good. Will post later on service visits.

My Service Advisor (Brad) was very thorough. He took notes as I explained the issues I was having and made sure he understood what I was saying. The work was done quickly and professionally. The waiting room is extremely comfortable. I sipped coffe and played on my phone while I waited (coffee, tea and snacks provided by Hennessey). They took great care of me and gave my car back cleaner than they received it. What a lovely experience!

Had a wonderful experience during an out-of-town trip. The staff was courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. They provided me with a loaner car on short notice to assist me during my stay in Atlanta. The refreshments and snacks made any wait time bearable. I highly recommend Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta.

I am completely impressed with service dept consultant Mr J Guzman. I had situations with bad battery and was covered by a warranty repair, Jorge did very best to make sure I was taken care of in outstanding professionalism. It is nice to be walking away with knowing you are treated with respectfully by all of the servicing department with smiles and I truly appreciates your business.
