They did a great job diagnosing my vehicle and conforming my suspicions. They were able to provide me with the recommended repair, but also had alternative solutions as the recommended repair would have been costly. Very quick turnaround time and they provided a loaner no problem same day. Also, they cleaned the vehicle before getting it back to me. Awesome service! Highly reccomend!
The free loaner car was clean and ready to go. The total time from my scheduled appointment to completion was 2 1/2 hours. My vehicle had been washed and vacuumed. 5 star service. The same service without free loaner at the Austin Porsche dealer was 13% higher in cost and took 5 hours.
Today was my first time to use Luxury Autoworks for my vehicle maintenance. I was so “wowed” with the friendliness and professional, caring attitude of the whole staff. Thomas and his associates “get it.” Customer service is alive and well here! I’m very happy with the service and I plan on being a long-time customer.
Luxury Auto Works sets the bar for professionalism and quality of work. They take great care of you and are in constant contact with you while they are servicing your vehicle to keep you updated with the progress. Definitely the best in town.
Easy drop off and pick up. Good communication on issue, cost and status of work. On time delivery. The staff were very professional. The only thing I would improve would be the loaner cars, my loaner car was old and the threads on the car did not have a good grip for a rainy surface.
Immediate check in availability, full comprehensive shop, spotless environment and super fast return. I compared price points with the Porsche dealership and Luxury Auto beat them at every service performed. Would I recommend this to my friends? YES!
It’s rare that I give a perfect score to any business unless they do what they say they can do. Not only did this business fix my car in a quick time frame on a holiday, but they also were reasonably priced and informed me of everything that needed to be done to my car in detail not just a glance over that you would get from a casual mechanic. They provided me with pictures in a detailed breakdown of the vehicles parts as well as an interactive informative webpage about my car. They didn’t force me to get parts that I didn’t need as well as remained in a very reasonable budget so that I could come back and get things done in stages. Overall I would recommend this place even over the Lexus dealership.
This place is very friendly and helpful. I had some work done on my wife’s vehicle a few years back and just stopped in for some work on my vehicle and they were very professional, courteous and not pushy in any way. The place is extremely clean and nice . Everyone here was smiling and had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high price dealer alternative. 5 Stars .
Thomas and his team at LAW are amazing! It is a breath of fresh air to know you’re in good hands when it comes to quality auto care. I brought in my ML350 and within 7 hours it was ready to pick up! (It needed a fair amount of work) I received a call with the diagnostics, consulted on options, and ultimately knew I was in good hands. Service was on time, loaner car was top notch, and my vehicle was ready as promised. You have a customer for life and anyone looking for quality, honest, and professional mechanic you need to go to LAW and check them out! Thank you
Update to my last review: My 2006 SL was totaled by a red light runner and Thomas more than took care of everything. He loaned me a car after my rental was up so we could take our time and find the perfect replacement car. His team found one in New Mexico, bought it, shipped it, and completely checked it out before I bought it from Luxury Auto Works. No worries on it being a flood car or having any hidden issues. As always, the personal and very professional service I receive makes this the only place you should take your car. I can't recommend Luxury Auto Works enough. Thomas has taken care of my 2006 Mercedes since it was out of original warranty and I am confident I will be able to keep it for many more years due to the expert care given by the folks at Luxury. Icing on the cake is the fact that they have loaner cars, I think this is pretty exceptional for a locally owned garage.
Speaking from numerous times of having my vehicle serviced At Luxury Auto Works. It has always been friendly, fast, and competitively priced with suggestions for additional service that they recommend or the manufacturer recommends due to mileage with no pressure to add the service allowing you to manage your car maintenance the way you want to. Unlike the pressure and attitude one gets at the Dealerships on service. Plus there is always a loaner available with no hassle.
