With a last minute flat - I found Macs Tire Service. I arrived at 9pm and there were 5 cars in line. The process is quick, the staff is efficient, and the cost was not as much as expected. This is the closet location for tire repair at this time. I live near DuPont Circle.
Fast and hassle free. Being open 24 hrs is key. I came in at 11pm to get tires rotated along with two new tires and was in and out in about 20 minutes including having someone in front of me. Cost was comparable to other tire shops
First time here and everyone was very kind and professional and Didn’t try to get over on me since I had no clue what I needed. Great for females that may not know the process of how to get a tire changed. Thank you !
Convenient open 24 hrs. A little pricey. I was charged $75.00 dollars for a used tire for a domestic automobile. Otherwise good service and a life saver in a pinch.
didn’t know getting a plug would be so easy and enjoyable! great staff, quick and efficient service and really budget friendly. will definitely be back here for any of my car service needs. thanks y’all!!
Had a screw in my tire - drove in on a Saturday morning and I don’t think I was there for 10 minutes. They had the tire off, patched, and back on in the time it took me to pay. 21 bucks. Great shop.
Great service, 24/7. I needed service for one of my tire, they checked all my tires and gave me recommendations. I love the fact that they are open all night, I was able to keep my early morning plans. Thank you. I hope you stay in business forever.
Came in here with a badly leaking back right tire. I initially took it to one of the Just Tires stores who told me that the nail was too close to the side so I would need a full replacement (oh, and they took over 2 hours). The good folks at Mac's found the nail and plugged it in 10 minutes. Very nice staff and the prices are more than fair -- they're not looking to scam anyone. I would happily return here over any chain tire store.
This place looks rough from the outside but that really means nothing - the folks inside are the best. Joe even taught me how to replace a busted tire with my spare the next time I'm out on the highway. Plus, at $17 to make the tire switch, not breaking the bank. Unless you're literally flat, there's no reason to go anywhere else. Awesome experience.
They work fast, popular, friendly, but also a long wait for either new tires or repair at a reasonable price. You lost your 5th star because Mom said, your restroom is super filthy. Please clean it thoroughly! Other than that, it's way cheaper than going to your local dealership for service.
The men and women at Mac's were helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable. My only concern was the wait time. One technician was working while everyone was at break.
