Hector, Kenny, the entire Chestnut Hill crew never fail to deliver the most satisfactory service. They will give you the best most honest estimate and always do the work as they promised. And they are going high tech with online appt reminders and such!
Really quick service! Great people to deal with and will definitely go again... hopefully i wont but it may happen. They went over what I expected by cleaning and shining up my car. replaced the light bulbs in my fog lights even thought I never mentioned them being out.
The last place i went to before this took over a month to fix my car and they didn't really treat me well. I'm glad I found these guys.
What a TERRIBLE experience with Hynes Auto in Chestnut Hill today, October 22, 2016. I had called in earlier in the week to make an appointment for a MA state vehicle inspection. I was told on the call I did not need an appointment, and that the inspection would take "no more than ten minutes." I asked the earliest I could show up and was told 8a.
This morning I arrive at Hynes Auto promptly at 8a. I stand in their office about four minutes before someone greets me. At the time I am told the one person that does inspections is running late and will arrive at 8:30a. No worries I thought, things happen to all of us. At 8:40a I call back into the office (even though I am parked just outside). The lady that answers now tells me that Hector, the gentleman that does the inspections, "gets here when he gets here on Saturday's." When I then recite back to her what I was told earlier in the week, I was called a liar and then told that inspections "happen when they happen" on Saturday'a. What an AWFUL experience. I would rate ZERO stars if I could, these people have no respect for a customers time. I left and went to Audy's Mobile down the street for the inspection. I refuse to give my money to these thieves.
Don't go here if you have a newer car especially if its anything more than replacing a trim piece.

I had gone here with my old car for a quick repair a couple years ago, they were great. I then returned with my new car a year later, sadly after a bad accident. The shop struggled to get the car to look/function as good as new despite no limit on cost from my insurance. When they first told me it was ready, I picked it up, only to have it towed back because they forgot to tighten a radiator hose, and my radiator drained out on the way home not to mention they failed to repair my brakes, causing me to almost get in an accident on the same drive home. Eventually I got my car back, in the end the biggest outstanding flaw was a bad paint job, but they refused to fix that.
They claimed they did there best to repair the car, sadly they don't have the skill or desire to fix cars properly. After my car left the shop I had to take it my dealership ~6 times to fix small issues that Hynes had missed or skipped.
Steer clear. My insurance company recommended this place, so I went along with it. The people at Hynes are nice and all but some of the work they did on my car was rushed and sloppy. Yes, it looks like they did most of the "big stuff" correctly, but I'm spending my own time and money to re-install the smaller parts, as most of them were not properly secured. Although they did throw in a free cleaning after the repair, they created stains on parts of the interior and left a film on the dashboard, creating even more work for me.
Kind heart and good work too - a great combo! I've had my cars repaired here a few times over the years, and they always did good work, and gave what I feel, were honest evaluations. Today, I found myself stuck near their shop with a flat tire, and they came to my car with equipment to change to my spare. A little later, still nearby, I noticed I needed air in the tire and went back to the shop, where they noticed while filling the tire, that the valve was broken, leaking air, and so they replaced the tire valve. When I went to the office to pay, they wouldn't accept anything, and simply said "Happy Thanksgiving", which indeed, gave me something more to be "thankful" for! Please do *not* try to take advantage of their response, but just know that they treated a 'stranded' customer above and beyond with kindness, professionalism and competency - a wonderful combination in our commercial world!
Great experience! Was in and out in 15 minutes for my car inspection, with no problems.
Super quick inspection sticker with no wait. I called in mid day on a Tuesday though so it could be that, but it usually takes a lot longer.Will definitely come here again.
I needed two large panels of my car's body replaced and a mirror after my parked car was hit. Hynes Auto Body did an amazing job! They were fast, updated me throughout the process, and the work is extremely high quality. When I picked up my car it was not only completely fixed but they cleaned it as well . It felt like a new car. I would definitely come back!
