About two months ago, a light appeared on the dashboard of my car, alerting me of a change in tire pressure. Typically, I receive this alert at the change of seasons-- with the significant difference in outside temperature. I've been taking my car into another service center, but the issue has continued because they were unable to determine the source of the problem. They put air into all the tires, but the indicator light appeared again within the next week. The mechanic at Goodyear, however, solved the problem in no more that 30 minutes-- and patched the tire that had been punctured by a nail. The employees were courteous and friendly. They took the time to listen and responded attentively to my concerns.

Needed a replacement tire for my daughter's LR4. They had it in stock and got the whole job done within 2 hours from my first phone call. I called them after a competitor promised to have the tire shipped to them by 1 p.m. to do the job but it never showed up. Fair price and according to my daughter super nice guys.

Got my tires replaced for a pretty good price on my Ford fiesta and when one got a nail in it they fixed it for free! Service is good.

They sold me bad tires and then told me they couldn’t balance them. Then told me to take them somewhere else to have them balanced. Bottom line they are not qualified or have the right equipment to serve vehicles. So please don’t Spend thousands of dollars like me. There are hundreds of other tire shops in Atlanta.

I was in a pinch over the holiday break as my car was leaking oil and in need of an oil change as well. I showed up after work on New Years Eve around 2:30, with no expectation of being helped. I simply wanted a quote and to know if my car was drivable until I could make an appointment in a few days when it wasn't a holiday. Jerimie went with me to my car to take a look and advised I shouldn't keep driving with the oil leaking the way it was. He told me they could try to squeeze me in, but with it being a holiday, it wasn't a guarantee. However, he assured me they would call as soon as they could give me a time and money estimate and even gave me a courtesy drive home. Mike called within the hour with a quote and said they would take care of it right away. I had my car back by 5:30. I have no idea if they were the cheapest price in town to get it fixed or not, but honestly I don't care. They were so attentive and polite, not to mention FAST, they have certainly earned a new customer. Thank you guys for helping a girl out! It was truly appreciated.

We have been a regular customer since 5 years and their service has been great. They are always available to help, even at short notice. We had a flat tire yesterday and called them one hour before they closed for the day. They welcomed us and got us going in no time. I will highly recommend them.
