Updated Review: June 30, 2018 Saturday, June 30, 2018. Mini van was loaded and ready for our trip to the beach. After running out to get gas, I pulled in my driveway and oil was pouring out of the engine. I called Keith at USA Auto, he took care of everything. When I get back into town next Sunday, my minivan will be fixed and ready for pickup. In the meantime, I am writing this recommendation while at the beach with my family. Thank you Keith and the USA Automotive Team. You have my business for life! 2017 review. Problem: I used to take my Toyota Sienna to the Dealership but got frustrated by always being up-sold, nickled & dimed with coupons and leaving there feeling they wanted my money more than a loyal customer. My trust in them was seriously deteriorated. Solution: USA Auto. I have visited for work on my cars about 6 times now and this is what I have experienced. 1. Clean and inviting waiting room. 2. Courteous and prompt service. 3. Honest evaluations and work on all of my vehicles without unnecessary up-selling of unneeded services. 4. I have a custom built truck that USA Automotive has been great to work with on. They have always given an accurate estimate and have been timely with any work down. I also own three other cars that they handle the maintenance on. I would highly recommend USA Automotive to anyone with any make of car as a group of top notch automotive technicians. USA Automotive by far and away is the one place I'll take my vehicles for service and repair. They communicate clearly what must be done and freely offer advice/suggestions. They value your time, work on appointment schedule that meets your needs. Best of all they offer a three year, 36000 mile warranty on their repairs - try asking a dealer, or another shop for that! They are fair and honest as the day is long. I can't say enough good things about them.

Keith, Aaron and the staff at USA Auto is real professional and I am happy to have USA handle all of our cars personally and our small fleet for business too. Pricing is real reasonable, everything explained and good thought is put into budgeting for things to be done in the near future and beyond which helps my wallet and our business budgeting too. As always, we just had a great experience at USA. Everyone is friendly and oh so knowledgeable. They've been able to handle my car with its unusual mobility scooter trailer when other car care businesses couldn't help. Aaron not only researched the trailer, but called the manufacturer for necessary specs. Now that was above and beyond! We're always happy with the service and highly recommend them.

The guys at the front are awesome! Great customer service skills. They offered fruit, coffee, and a comfortable waiting space. I am on a time crunch, and they squeezed me in with no issues! Highly recommend! 😊
